Frequently asked questions
What everyone asks.
How much does a mailbox cost?
Nothing. Creating your mailbox (casillero) and your US address is completely free. You only pay when you ship: $9.99 per pound, with a minimum of 4 lb per box, plus package protection. Electronics included, at the same rate. You see it all before you pay.
How long does my package take to arrive?
From 7 to 10 business days, from when your package reaches our warehouse in the United States to your door, anywhere in Guatemala. We let you know when it reaches our warehouse, when it flies out and when it's out for delivery.
What is package protection?
It is a charge on the value you declare, in three levels. Silver: at 10% of the value, covers up to 70%; it goes on every box. Gold: at 15%, covers up to 80%. Platinum: at 20%, covers up to 100%. Choose Gold or Platinum when you pay for your box: the option is next to the Pay button. You always see the amount before you pay, never as a surprise. That's why we ask for the real value of what you ship: the price is calculated from it.
Are there hidden costs or customs fees?
None. SICURA takes care of all customs, and the calculator price is the final price.
Can I buy from any US store?
Yes. Amazon, Shein, Nike, Walmart, whichever you like. Just use your SICURA address at checkout.
